Bittercreek Alehouse opened in February of 1995 and strives to offer downtown Boise classic Northwest cuisine, friendly and consistent service, and really good beer.  Local and regionally focused in both the kitchen and bar, Bittercreek's tap line features 39 drafts from craft brewers in Idaho, Oregon, Washington and California.

Our straightforward culinary style and commitment to artisan northwest beer helps us maintain a truly local style. Our goal is to offer food and drink that reflect the preferences of our city, making us a gathering place for our community and a symbol of Boise's casual and friendly atmosphere.
